This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
Delivery
What are my delivery options?
- Small Items: £4.99 per order
- Standard Delivery: £24.99 per order
- Priority Delivery: £39.99 per order
- Offshore UK (Northern Ireland & parts of Scotland): £34.99
All orders are fully tracked. You'll receive a tracking link once dispatched. Some items (e.g. mattresses and bed frames) are made in different workshops and may arrive separately — we'll keep you updated throughout.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery windows are estimates and may be subject to courier delays. We'll notify you as soon as possible with a revised date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Do you deliver internationally?
UK only at this time.
The Roomix Guarantee
- Damage or faults: Free return or exchange within 30 days
- Spare parts: Free replacements for 12 months from delivery
- Change of mind: Returns accepted within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging
- Delivery fees are non-refundable. Collection fees may apply for change-of-mind returns.
Returns
Email hello@roomix.com to request a return before sending anything back — unauthorised returns will not be accepted. If approved, we'll arrange a courier collection or provide a return label.
Non-returnable items (unless faulty or damaged):
- Toddler beds and floor beds
- Mattresses removed from vacuum-sealed packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
Damages & issues: Inspect your order on delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@roomix.com if anything is wrong.
Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval. Allow extra time for your bank to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days, get in touch.
